Supporting Your Next Chapter

Service2 Civilian (S2C) Pathway is an intermediary program that turns mandatory transition requirements into a structured, low‑stress bridge from military service to civilian life for service members and their families.

What S2C Does

  • Helps you navigate and use your earned benefits, support your mental health, and build real financial readiness for civilian life.

  • Recognizes that more than 200,000 service members separate each year and that many describe this transition as one of the most stressful times in their lives.

College Credit For Transition

  • Allows you to receive fully transferable college credits for completing the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) and learning about the benefits you have already earned as a Veteran, at no additional cost.

  • Since you must (and should want to) complete TAP anyway, S2C helps you turn that requirement into meaningful college progress instead of a “check‑the‑box” event.

Certificates And In‑Demand Skills

  • Offers additional no‑cost certificates that also carry fully transferable college credits in areas such as leadership, artificial intelligence, customer service, and project management.

  • Aligns these certificates with degree pathways so that each credential moves you closer to a completed college degree.

Job Sponsors And Apprenticeships

  • Helps you identify the job or career field you want, then works with your chosen future employer to design a sponsor program tailored to you.

  • Structures this relationship so it can benefit both you and the employer, including potential tax deductions and possible salary reimbursement for them.

  • Personalized Support And Family Inclusion

  • A dedicated Transition Sponsor, potentially from your hometown, and walk alongside you through separation and early civilian life, helping to reduce or even eliminate some of the most stressful moments in your journey. The program also welcomes spouses, so your family can understand options, make decisions, and move forward together with a shared plan.

  • Registered Apprenticeship And Degrees

    • Functions as a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP), which may allow you to receive additional support through the GI Bill while you learn and earn.

  • Builds a clear degree completion plan using accredited, competency‑based programs that convert the skills and experience you already have into academic credit, focusing on what you can demonstrate rather than hours spent in a classroom.

Note: This competency-based program is designed to ensure you are ready for your transition to the civilian world.

This program is part of the "Competency Application Mastery" Pathway (CAMP) program. CAMP is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization and is fully tax-deductible.
